I jumped in (upgraded XP pro sp2) on feb ctp..
I noticed that the upgrade took for ever- and even scanned my whole itunes drive (200GB).
Took so long in fact (albeit on a dual proc 1.3ghz, 1gb ram, raid 5 scsi system) I had to leave the upgrade running after 2 hours and went to bed. Was happy to see it had finished when I woke up :)
